Gaptrast

Gaptrast turns Bergen’s local and national ingredients into an elegant, inventive multi-course dinner, with beautifully presented dishes served on ceramics by local artists. Expect warm, polished hospitality rather than stuffiness, a thoughtful wine pairing, and a memorable evening that can stretch for hours—very much a special-occasion splurge.
