S4

S4 is a rooftop cocktail bar with standout views over Oslo, and the experience seems to vary: some visitors praise warm service and a fun chance to choose the music, while others report dismissive bartenders and disappointing drinks. Go for the rooftop setting and city panorama more than for a reliably polished night out.
