Vibe AIPastis Bistrobar pairs a chic French-bistro feel with a lovely waterfront setting, where bay views and heated outdoor seating make breakfast especially inviting. Expect tasty, satisfying dishes and often friendly, efficient service, though the room can get surprisingly loud when the music is up.
